The room matters. Obviously. But give me a comfortable place to sit outside, something good to drink, and a view that makes me forget I even have a phone? That’s the room I’m booking!!

Because for me, the balcony isn’t just an amenity. It’s part of the vacation. It’s morning coffee before the rest of the world wakes up. Breakfast with an ocean breeze. A glass of wine at golden hour. And those nights when you planned to go somewhere else, but the view is so good you decide, “Yeah…we’re not leaving.”

The problem? Finding THAT balcony can require some serious detective work.

I’ve spent entirely too much time zooming into hotel photos, scrolling through listings, hunting for a different angle and asking the important questions: Is that actually the view? Is there somewhere comfortable to sit? How private is it? Is this balcony worth paying extra for—or did someone just put two chairs outside and call it a day?

And I kept thinking: Why is there nowhere to search for the balcony itself?

So, I created it.

Together we’re sharing the views, seating, space, privacy, vibe, and all those little details that property listings somehow manage to leave out. Hotels, Airbnbs, resorts, hidden gems—if the balcony understood the assignment, we want to hear about it.
